While the fight for gender equality is global, the specific barriers faced by women vary across regions, and itis on this remise that WomenLift Health’s Signature Leadership Journey exists with the goal of expanding the power and influence of talented women in global health and catalysing systemic change to achieve gender equality in leadership. Participants in this 12 month leadership journey gain access to tools and strategies aimed at enhancing their voice, presence, and influence. Throughout this journey, these women are supported by a formidable group of peers, mentors, and coaches.
