Vanessa Lujan is an executive coach and adjunct faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) in Colorado Springs, CO, as well as a contractor for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and Organizational Assessment and Development (OA&D, Inc.). She has partnered with managers and executives from both private and public industries to help leverage their strengths while developing new leadership capabilities that support their organizations and growth as effective leaders.
Vanessa brings 15 years of management experience working in the healthcare industry to her private executive coaching practice of 12 years in Denver, CO. Her management roles have included marketing, operations, intake, and clinical functions. She has led teams and organizations through periods of great change, including start-up operations, mergers, as well as downsizing. Most recently, Vanessa served as the State Director of Marketing and subsequently as the State Director of Operations for a network of behavioral healthcare facilities in Denver. She is also experienced as a corporate trainer in the areas of leadership development, customer engagement, and multi-cultural diversity within teams.
