Renowned for her commitment to mentoring young health professionals, Ukamaka is a global advocate for continuous training and certification in the health workforce. She has led numerous public-private health initiatives and believes in the power of leveraging private sector talent to enhance public sector performance.
Ukamaka has worked on various international and local development projects in collaboration with partners such as WHO, UNICEF, UNIDO, and BMGF. Her strengths lie in project leadership, regulatory system strengthening, and institutional capacity building. She holds multiple global certifications in supply chain systems and has completed an industry internship at Cipla Quality Chemical Industries, Uganda.
