Tumi Moloto is a Professional Coach with ICF accredited organisations. Her specialist areas of focus are Organisational Change Management, Organisational Development, Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and Workshop Facilitation. She has worked in a multicultural environment across Africa where she held several roles in senior management, coaching and consulting in various sectors, including financial services, health, property, transport, mining, tourism, IT and Consulting. She’s led large-scale projects in Mergers & Acquisitions; Business Process Reengineering (Lean Six Sigma, CMMI), Downsizing, Strategic Patnerships, Culture Transformation, Diversity Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and IT projects.

Her facilitation is process based using systems approach with a focus on the whole system and the interaction and interdependence of different parts working together to create vision, strategic alignment and enable transformation to achieve results. It is a process of inquiry to understand emergent qualities arising from complex and dynamic reality.
