Temple Cooley has 18 years of experience in global health, including philanthropy, fundraising, project leadership and technical assistance. She is currently a Program Officer for the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, leading a portfolio of grants spanning reproductive health, gender equity, and COVID-19 response and vaccine access. Prior to this, she was a long-time employee of PSI, a leading global health organization that empowers women and couples to lead healthier lives. There, Temple served in technical, managerial and leadership roles supporting health programming in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. She has extensive experience in program design and implementation; central management of multi-geography projects; sub-award management; monitoring and evaluation and project representation. Temple served as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Mali. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University. She speaks English, French and Spanish.
