Tanvi Pandit-Rajani is Vice President of Delivery at Zenysis Technologies. In this role, she brings innovative, creative and strategic leadership to solve complex data fragmentation challenges in global health. Over the last 20 years, she has worked at the nexus of policy, service delivery and the private sector to improve women’s access to family planning, reproductive health, and HIV prevention products and services in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. Tanvi began her career as a Commodity Security Advisor at USAID where she was part of an early movement that focused on understanding and addressing market barriers to health product access through targeted investments. Subsequently, Tanvi served in a variety of senior management and technical roles with global health consulting firms where the projects under her leadership achieved national-level policy change and generated solutions that enabled greater access to healthcare.

From 2020 to 2023, Tanvi served as the Chair for the Market Development Approaches Working Group of the Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition, a global partnership to ensure sustainable access and utilization of FP/RH products. Tanvi also served on JSI’s Anti-Racism and Equity Task Force and currently serves as a Board Member of Impact RH360, a subsidiary of the non-profit pharmaceutical firm, Medicines360.
