Swapna Dasoju

Mrs. Swapna Dasoju is a microbiologist, educator, and public health entrepreneur with over 12 years of cross-disciplinary experience spanning microbiology, academia, pharmaceutical processes, and healthcare operations. She holds an M.Sc. in Microbiology and an MBA in Marketing, and has served as an Assistant Professor teaching both life sciences and management subjects. As Co-Founder and Director of Aventiq Innovations Pvt. Ltd., she leads the development of Abiot-E-Safe, an AI-assisted biomedical waste management and infection control platform inspired by her hands-on experience with hospitals and frontline healthcare workers. She is a recipient of the Jan Aushadhi Jyoti Award (2022–23) and has been selected for prestigious incubation programs including NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore and IKP Knowledge Park. She enjoys mentoring students and simplifying complex scientific concepts into practical, real-world applications.
