Dr. Suhela Kapoor is a senior digital health leader with 12+ years of experience building and scaling technology-driven health programs across India and global contexts. She currently serves as a Senior Consultant Scientific at ICMR’s National Institute for Research in Digital Health and Data Sciences (NIRDHDS), where she supports State-led strategy on responsible AI in healthcare, evaluation of digital health innovations, and the operationalization of federated State AI Units for data-driven decision making. She also brings industry and entrepreneurial experience as the founder of HealthSafe Today Pvt. Ltd., focused on personalized, preventive care through digital health tools and integrative wellness models. Dr. Kapoor holds a PhD in Neuroscience, with earlier training in bioengineering, and has worked across public private partnerships with government, academia, and mission-aligned partners. Outside work, she loves dogs, long runs, mountain getaways, and a strong cup of chai.
