Shreeja Nair is a strategic partnerships, communications and management professional with 15+ years of experience spanning public health, climate change, and Disaster response. She has led high-impact collaborations with corporates, multilateral organisations, government and CSOs to design, resource, and scale initiatives grounded in shared value. Currently serving as a Partnerships Consultant with Girl Effect, Shreeja has previously held leadership roles with The Union, UNDP India, GNDR and SEEDS. She has successfully forged multi-stakeholder partnerships, strengthened institutional systems, and led the design and implementation of nationally relevant initiatives—including corporate engagement for TB elimination, humanitarian response and climate-resilient recovery. An Economics (Honours) graduate with an MBA in Marketing, she brings together strategic thinking, execution excellence, and Knowledge management skills. Shreeja is deeply committed to advancing partnerships towards equitable health systems and climate change. Outside work, she practices Nichiren Daishonin Buddhism as a life philosophy for inner growth and contributing to others’ happiness.
