I am a Consultant (Scientific) at the Indian Council of Medical Research, specializing in antimicrobial resistance (AMR). My work focuses on interventions to mitigate AMR, with current research interests in genomic surveillance of drug-resistant pathogens, regulations to prevent antimicrobial misuse, and the role of immunization in AMR prevention.
I hold a PhD in Biochemistry and previously worked as a research associate and scientist at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences for seven years. With 14 years of research experience, I have extensively studied aptamer selection and its applications in diagnostic platforms.
Beyond my professional work, I have a passion for baking and love traveling to explore new cultures and cuisines.
