Sherri Haas is a digital health and health systems policy specialist, with over fifteen years of experience across program development and project leadership; health systems strengthening and technology solutions; and the design, implementation, analysis, and communication of actionable research. Ms. Haas’s technical expertise spans user-centered digital health and digital financial solutions for health system strengthening, qualitative and quantitative research, and data use for decision-making. Ms. Haas currently serves as the Senior Digital Health Systems Advisor through contract in the USAID Global Health Bureau’s Office of Health Systems. Her service on multiple digital health and technology networks and technical working groups includes those with focus on gender equity and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She holds a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in health and quantitative evaluation from Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University.
