Sesilia is a feminist, gender expert, and clinician based in Tanzania, with a deep passion for Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). Over the past decade, her work has encompassed service delivery, community engagement, and advocacy. She co-founded the Young and Alive Initiative, a youth-led organization advocating for SRHR in Tanzania, and previously led the Student-led Sexual Health Club, providing Comprehensive Sexuality Education to primary and secondary students in Mtwara, Tanzania.
