Sarita has over 20 years of experience in delivering high impact leadership development and coaching interventions in both corporate and consulting roles. She works closely with clients in the areas of leadership coaching and capability building as well as performance management and organization development. Sarita successfully combines her experience & credentials to bring clients a distinct value-add in improving performance & effectiveness at individual, team and organization levels. 

Her unique and practical perspective towards leadership and organization development comes from having worked in global, multi-cultural, matrix and virtual teams across multiple geographies (India, UK, US, Australia, APAC and Africa). Sarita has held key Leadership roles in the Learning & Leadership Development function at Hutchison Global Services (UK, Ireland & Australia), Bank of America and Convergys Corporation and is experienced in start-up, transition and merger environments. Additionally, her understanding of business-critical functions of Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Service operations come from her work experience with ICICI Lombard, British Airways and Singtel’s Pacnet.

Because of her first-hand line experience, her understanding of leaders operating in challenging business environments, has been central to the results she delivers. 

Sarita’s client engagements span a variety of industries including Telecom, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, IT, Power & Gas, Mining, Construction & Realty, Automobile Manufacturing and Engineering as well as HR Consulting and Advisory Services. She has facilitated coaching engagements across hierarchies from senior leadership levels including CXOs to first-time managers, individual contributors and high potential talent pools. 

Educational Background 

Sarita has a degree in Psychology from Mumbai University and an Advanced Award in Organization Design & Development from CIPD, UK at University of Cambridge. She also holds post-graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, a premier Business school in India. She has also earned internationally recognized professional HR development accreditations in the field of executive coaching, leadership development and psychometric assessments, including:
