Sarah L. Bosha is the director of Capacity-Building and a visiting professor of law. Her work focuses on climate change, disability and health rights, gender, and human rights and, in particular, targeted advocacy for the protection of the right to health, and advancing accountability and justice for violations. At O’Neill, Bosha serves as the lead and point of contact of the Secretariat supporting the work of the O’Neill Lancet Commission on Racism, Structural Discrimination and Global Health. Using strategic litigation and advocacy, Bosha has supported strategic health rights litigation and advocacy in Africa, and before the Inter-American Commission on Human & Peoples Rights. Bosha holds an LLBS (Honours) degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zimbabwe, an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from the Klau Center at the University of Notre Dame, and an M.A. in International Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
