Experience

Ritu has held leadership and executive roles with large global organizations – in international business strategy, operations, people & culture, and leadership development – across multiple industries and geographies: N America, Europe and SE Asia. Her corporate experience includes: Regional Head at the American Management Association (A-Pac); Regional Director at ThoughtWorks Inc; Head-Strategy and International Business at Eicher International. She understands well what it is to be a leader in today’s globalized, interconnected and fast changing world of business, commerce, and community.

Since 2007 she has been focused on developing leadership capacity – as a facilitator and executive coach. Ritu has worked, consulted, and coached in multiple sectors: technology, healthcare, tourism, mining, professional services, insurance, automotive, consumer goods’ industries and others. Her clients have included C-Suite, EVPs, SVPs, VPs, MD, Senior Directors, Engineers, General Managers, and functional leaders. From global organizations to start-ups – she has mentored and coached entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and leaders transition into new and larger scope roles, develop competencies and become more effective and impactful.

Ritu leverages her global perspective, international experience, business acumen and intuition to guide, challenge and support leaders to actualize their desired intentions. Current Role

Ritu is a Leadership Coach based out of Toronto, ON and Ann Arbor, MI

She provides Executive, Integrated, Feed-back and Developmental coaching for CCL’s various programs and clients.

Her work with leaders – individually and as a team – in f2f and/or virtual settings – is to enable transformation and enhance effectiveness, engagement and influence; manage career transitions and change; build strong relationships; enable strategic/critical thinking; develop communication and collaboration skills – as they lead themselves, their team & organization into the future that is characterized by VUCA – volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.

Areas of specialization are: vertical development, leadership transition, well-being, strategy, immunity to change, difficult conversations, situational leadership, mindfulness and diversity and inclusion.

The coaching she offers builds competence, grows capacity, is results oriented and evidence based. She uses a holistic approach and creates an environment that deepens self-awareness; co-creates development goals; define outcomes; communicate with key stakeholders and build the ability to ideate and move in new directions and possibilities. This enables not only change in behavior but also creates the mindset needed to sustain that change.

Her corporate leader experiences enable her to offer an empathetic perspective. She brings her passion ‘to make a difference’ through the coaching she offers and enables clients’ to become more effective and impactful leaders in today’s VUCA world. She employs an integrated ‘head, heart and gut’ approach which leverages our multiple intelligences to achieve holistic & cultural alignment; build resilience and develop authentic leaders.
