Ritika is a development professional with over 11 years of experience in strengthening India’s education sector. Her work spans building leadership capacity among educators, improving large-scale assessments, and consulting with non-profits, educators, and students.
In her most recent role, she led the Hyderabad site of the Teach For India Fellowship, overseeing the development of 80 fellows, 7 managers, and impacting over 3,000 students across 30 government and low-income private schools. Earlier, she focused on coaching and training school principals in leadership development and led curriculum design initiatives. She also spearheaded a unique program aimed at making government schools more gender-responsive through principal training.
While Ritika enjoys working with data, systems, and strategy, her true passion lies in design, facilitation, and crafting meaningful learning experiences that help people grow into better versions of themselves.
She holds a certification in coaching from Coacharya, a Master’s in Organization Development from TISS, and began her career with the Teach For India Fellowship after completing her engineering degree in Delhi. Beyond work, she is deeply curious about yoga, the mind-body connection, spirituality, and what it means to live a meaningful life.
