Ravdeep is a Health Economics and Value Proposition Manager at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where she is deeply committed to improving patient access to life-saving medicines. With a focus on areas of unmet medical need, Ravdeep develops and implements evidence-based strategies that shape healthcare landscapes and influence policy, ensuring treatments are both accessible and valued by stakeholders across public and private sectors.
Before joining Takeda, Ravdeep led research and analytics at the Clinton Health Access Initiative. There, she was instrumental in designing implementation research and leveraging innovative methodologies to drive program change at the grassroots level. She has also built a solid foundation in pharmaceutical consulting, where she contributed to cross-functional teams in market access strategies, real-world evidence, and economic evaluations.
Ravdeep’s academic background includes a MSc Global Health Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master of Public Health from the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, and a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Her research has been published in leading journals, further underscoring her ongoing contribution to the global health landscape.
