Rashmi Dhoundiyal

Rashmi Dhoundiyal is a qualified nurse currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at Jhpiego – a Johns Hopkins Affiliate, based in Delhi. She leads the design and implementation of health interventions aimed at improving maternal and neonatal outcomes, working closely with government bodies, donors, and local partners to ensure alignment with national priorities and sustainable program scale-up. Her earlier experience spans both academic and clinical roles, including Nursing Tutor at Apollo School of Nursing and Staff Nurse at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. She also interned with NICPR–ICMR, where she contributed to public health research in cancer epidemiology. Rashmi holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys drawing and music, which help her stay grounded. Above all, she cherishes spending time with her 2 year old naughty son and watching him grow and explore the world.
