I’m a research management consultant currently working with the LV Prasad Eye Institute (LVPEI), a premier ophthalmology institution, and the Sree Padmavathi Venkateswara Foundation (SreePVF), a charitable agency that provides agricultural and biomedical grants. I co-founded and co-lead Superheroes Against Superbugs (SaS), an initiative aimed at raising awareness about antimicrobial resistance in India. At LVPEI, I head the research development office, establishing institutional processes and supporting research activities. At SreePVF, I oversee the biomedical sciences funding program and manage the awards portfolio. With a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Sheffield and a postdoc from the University of Oxford, I previously worked at the Wellcome Trust/DBT India Alliance. Outside of work, I enjoy curling up with a good book and spending quality time with my children.
