Phoebe Monalisa Namukanja, is a medical doctor and public health specialist with over 20 years’ experience in clinical and public health practice. Phoebe holds a medical degree from Makerere University, Uganda and a Master of Public Health degree from University of Limpopo, Medical University of South Africa. She is passionate about making positive changes in the lives of women, children, and young people. As Team Lead, she provides technical and administrative oversight for HIV/TB programs. Fun-point: She enjoys nature walks and exploring the wild as this gives her an opportunity to enjoy creation and the vast beauty it offers.
