Olubunmi Lawal-Aiyedun, RN, RM, Paediatric Nurse, BSc, MSc Nursing, FWACN, (CEO, MARCH Health Care Initiative) is a multiple award-winning nurse leader, policy influencer, and global advocate for nursing and midwifery with nearly three decades of experience advancing maternal, newborn, and child health. She is the CEO of MARCH Health Care Initiative, Immediate Past President of the National Association of Nigeria Paediatric Nurses, and Chairman of the ICN Global Nursing Leadership Institute Alumni Leadership Council. Olubunmi has contributed significantly to health policy development in Nigeria, including the NSOANP and National Strategic Directions for Nursing and Midwifery. She chairs the Nursing and Midwifery Working Group of the G4 Alliance and serves on the Board of the Global Initiative for Children’s Surgery. She leads innovative initiatives in obstetric ultrasound, domiciliary midwifery, and PAN-ECO Care, and received the ICN Leadership Award for her global health contributions.
