Ntindah Luembe is a Zambia-based professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in enterprise capacity building, market access, business management, reproductive health supply distribution, and fostering public-private partnerships in complex and challenging environments.
In her current role as Director of Membership Engagement & Initiatives at the Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition (RHSC), Ms. Luembe provides strategic and technical leadership for RHSC’s membership. She oversees a team that delivers technical and administrative support to RHSC’s working groups and caucuses and leads the planning and execution of RHSC’s General Membership Meetings. Additionally, she works directly with the Market Development Approaches Working Group, collaborating with Secretariat staff and partners on key market-related initiatives.
Before joining RHSC, Ms. Luembe consulted on market access strategies for public and private sector stakeholders engaged in the introduction and scale-up of contraceptives across Africa. Other previous roles she held include Commercial Regional Business Development Manager for Anglophone Africa at MSI Reproductive Choices and Policy Program Officer for the Scaling Up Nutrition Business Network under the World Food Programme in Zambia.
