Experience 

Norah is a CCL Feedback Coach since January 2011. She is also an Executive Coach with 30 years of 

working experience. She founded Coach Africa Limited, the first professional Coaching firm in Uganda in 

2006 and led it to being ISO 9001 Certified by 2012. She has mentored hundreds of coaches in the region. 

Previously, among other engagements, Norah worked with Shell as the East Hub Marketing Manager and Retail Development Manager thereafter as Retail Operations Coordinator – Eastern Africa. Her regional role covered a geographical zone of 8 countries; Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Sudan, Rwanda, Mauritius and Madagascar. Before joining Shell, she worked with Uganda Breweries Limited (a subsidiary of the Diageo Group) as the National Commercial Manager and at Pan World Insurance Company as the Sales Manager. 

The experience and exposure at top management positions, with premier multi-national organizations, in different disciplines, industries and countries all prepared her for the coaching career. 

Current Role 

Norah is an experienced credentialed Coach, facilitator and trainer. Her clients of over 50 corporate organizations include international and national NGOs, Donor agencies and multi-national organizations. She has a proven track record of motivating teams and supporting her clients in achieving their goals in record time. 

Educational Background 

Norah holds a Doctorate in Executive Performance; is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) – ICF; a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) – International Coach Academy; and holds an Honors degree in Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting. She is also a member of the League of East African Directors (LEAD). 

Professional Affiliations 

Norah is a member of the International Coach Federation. She is a member of the Coaching Community in Uganda (CCU), and a member of the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda. 

Cross-cultural Experience 

As a coach, Norah serves global and multi-national organizations like: World Bank Group (WBG); USAID; Belgian Technical Cooperation; and Standard Bank. So far, she has offered her services in over 20 countries across 3 continents including West, East and Southern Africa.
