Neha is a pharmaceutical and public health leader with 12+ years’ experience spanning public policy, medical affairs and drug access across India and emerging markets. She is currently working as Associate Director, Grants Officer for Asia-Pacific region with Pfizer’s Global Medical Grants team, leading 3M $ portfolio that funds independent research, education and quality improvement initiatives for closing care gaps. She began her career with implementation roles in Gates Foundation, Welcome trust funded projects in maternal-child health. Working with bureaucrats in the next phase at Ministry of Health, enabled her to translate field insights into national policies and large-scale health system programs in Universal Health coverage , giving her a deep appreciation for intersectoral collaboration which continued at regional Asia level at Pfizer.
Beyond work, she is a fitness enthusiast who does barbell deadlifts equal to her body weight and always strives to be the best version of herself.
