I’m Neena Dondapati currently working as Lead for C-safe programme-India with Fernandez Hospital Educational and Research Foundation (FHERF),Hyderabad, India. I closely work with Govt. of Andhra Pradesh in collaboration with University of Birmingham, UNICEF and other global partners. During my 11.7years of public health journey, I worked closely with Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and contributed to the implementation of noteworthy maternal& neonatal initiatives like Midwifery, LAQSHYA, Dakshata etc. With core strength of maternal health and specific interest in Digital health; was instrumental in implementing Alliance for saving mothers & Newborn (ASMAN) and developed PROMISE app to monitor Midwifery programme. I’m a certified Project management professional and postgraduate nurse specialized in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing. My interest in understand human perspectives ,I pursued Masters in Psychology. I’m part of Harvard Business Review Advisory Council; giving insights to shape the content and contribute to wider world of management and leadership. My hobbies are Landscape photography and travelling.
