Motlatso Priscilla Molaudzi’s journey from domestic worker to provincial leadership exemplifies resilience, vision, and impact. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from UNISA in 2000 while working full-time and has since devoted over two decades to advancing mental health, child protection, and disability inclusion in South Africa.
Motlatso has held senior leadership roles, including Provincial Director at Childline Limpopo, and currently leads the Limpopo Mental Health Society, where she champions ethical governance, inclusive programming, and strategic partnerships to restore dignity to marginalized communities. She also brings expertise from her private practice in employee wellness.
Her academic credentials include certifications in Nonprofit Organisation Management (UCT) and Employee Assistance Programmes (UNISA). Passionate about travelling, she frequently visits Mozambique, especially Xai Xai and Inhambane—and believes every person’s lived experience carries valuable insight and inspiration.
