She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and recently completed a certification in HR Analytics, enhancing her ability to use data to drive strategic HR decisions. Her core strengths include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance auditing. Lindiwe has successfully implemented systems such as BambooHR, and has led the automation of key workflows, including onboarding and probation tracking.

Prior to joining WomenLift Health, she held roles at a global civil society alliance and one of South Africa’s leading audit firms, where she focused on strengthening HR systems and improving employee experience.
