Kate Onyejekwe is currently the Director of International Division for JSI Research & Training Institute – public health non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health of individuals and communities throughout the world. She oversees JSI’s Washington, DC-based portfolio of global programs, technical competency centers for immunization, HIV and infectious diseases, health logistics, data and digital health, capacity development, and reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health as well as the office’s corporate services teams. Most recently, she was Deputy Director of the MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience program, which works to improve health and resilience of individuals, communities and health systems in fragile settings. A Rhodes Scholar, Kate has a Master of Public Health in International Health, Master and Bachelor degrees in English, and certificates in Finance and NGO Management.
