2022 Leadership Journey Project: Improving utilization of cervical cancer screening services by female sex workers in Uganda
Justine is a medical doctor with a doctorate of philosophy in public health. Currently, Justine is lecturing at Makerere University School of Public Health with vested interest in health system strengthening, epidemiology, programing, evaluations, conducting research as well as innovations. She has vast experience in management of districts and lower facilities where she worked for seven years as a Deputy District Director of Health services. She has experience in working with both local and international organisations on various programs as a researcher, evaluator or implementing partner. Justine is a keen researcher and has authored different publications in peer reviewed medical journals and made numerous presentations at international symposia. She is a peer-reviewer for many journals.
