Josephine is a Global public health specialist and with strong organizational leadership and managerial skills, with exposure to both public, private and NGO sector. She has 15+ years of experience in programs implementation with a focus on health systems strengthening (HSS), HIV and AIDS, Maternal & Child health, Sexual and reproductive health, Human Resources for Health (HRH), strengthening of primary healthcare systems and integrated approaches to implementation i.e. Population Health and Environment (PHE). She has 10+ years of experience serving in senior management positions (COP, Director, and Senior advisor) in USAID, UK Aid (FCDO), DANIDA and Philanthropist /private funded programs.
