Jessica Mayenda is a digital transformation and strategy leader with over a decade of experience designing and scaling government owned health and social service platforms across Africa. She has led multi country programmes spanning telehealth, AI enabled service delivery, partnerships, and institutional sustainability, working closely with governments, donors, and private sector partners to move initiatives from pilots to durable public infrastructure.
Jessica previously served in senior leadership roles at VillageReach, where she managed complex portfolios across multiple countries and focused on outcomes driven delivery rather than activity based programming. She is also the founder of the Ebonity Initiative, a women focused agribusiness and enterprise development platform in Zambia.
She holds an MSc in Digital Transformation from the University of Hull.
Fun fact: Outside work, Jessica finds joy in hands on farming and is building a one acre future focused farm as a living experiment in sustainability.
