Jennifer Guertin, Chief of Growth, Zenysis

Jen Guertin is a global development leader with over 20 years of experience, primarily at three Johns Hopkins University global health organizations. After receiving her MPH from the University of Michigan, Jen was a Fulbright Scholar in the Philippines and a USAID fellow. She leveraged her program experience and interest in business development to later serve as the Director for New Programs at Jhpiego, driving new, diverse funding from $10M annually to $300M. Jen served as the Senior Donor Engagement Officer for the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins on the Gates Foundation’s largest award in global health focused on expanding urban family planning access, working closely with the Gates Philanthropy Partners. She also worked as a Senior Philanthropy Advisor at Catholic Relief Services, collaborating with the MacArthur Foundation’s Lever for Change team to engage small and medium sized private donors.   Most recently, Jen served as Zenysis’s first Chief of Growth, overseeing funding activities to strengthen health information systems for improved health outcomes.
