Intissar Sarker is an international policy and partnerships professional with 15+ years of experience spanning women’s health, private sector health delivery, and AI-enabled global health innovation. She currently serves as Strategic Partnerships Manager at the Surgical Data Science Collective, where she leads expansion strategy into OB/GYN for an AI-enabled platform that analyzes surgical videos to improve surgical quality  and manages institutional partnerships with governments, clinical leaders, and global health partners. Prior to this role, Intissar served as a Senior Policy Advisor and Private Sector Service Delivery Technical Advisor at USAID’s Office of Population and Reproductive Health, where she provided technical leadership and managed large-scale investments to improve women’s health outcomes across Africa and Asia. She has also held roles at Abt Global and the World Bank, where she co-authored several knowledge products on reproductive health. Intissar holds an MSc in Gender, Development, and Globalization from the London School of Economics and a BA in International Studies from American University.
