Dr. Oti Nimi Aria is the Head of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Unit at the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital. She is devoted to strengthening the surgical health system in Nigeria; as well as to advocating for equitable leadership positions and career opportunities for women and for the girl child.
