In my role as Manager at Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission, I am dedicated to advancing human resource development and driving innovation. I lead critical initiatives to enhance capacity and raise awareness in the Biotech, Bio Parma, and Medical Device sector. In my role as the nodal officer for Skill Vigyan Programs, I strategically collaborate with academic, industrial, and governmental partners to cultivate a workforce equipped for the evolving biotech landscape. Additionally, I contribute to curriculum design on two university boards, ensuring our educational offerings align with the New Education Policy 2020. With over six years of research experience and two years in academia, I hold a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Microbiology. I am passionate about nurturing talent in emerging technologies to drive research and innovations that improve healthcare outcomes. I love swimming and long morning walks.
