Colleen has over a decade of experience managing global human rights and public health programs. Her background spans a range of thematic areas including, women’s leadership, workers’ rights, neglected tropical diseases, and health advocacy for underserved communities. She believes deeply in the power of transformative leadership and works to uplift the voices of women and marginalized communities.

At WomenLift Health, Colleen engages and supports the growing North America alumnae community, facilitating continued collaboration and connection for women leaders following the Leadership Journey.

Prior to joining WomenLift, Colleen spent several years as a Program Manager with the Freedom Fund, a global organization dedicated to ending modern slavery and exploitation. There she developed and launched a leadership and movement building program in Brazil, India and Nepal, that supported and connected frontline leaders, especially women and survivors, to grow their skills, build resilience and strengthen their networks. Other past experiences include Senior Associate at Geneva Global, where she helped to launch several pooled philanthropic funds, including the END Fund.   

Colleen holds an MPH from George Washington University with a focus on prevention and community health and an undergraduate degree from Penn State. She resides in Philadelphia where she is passionate about supporting local public education and enjoys the city’s unique food, culture, and sports.
