Chika Ihediwa (Technical Officer, The Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme (ECEWS) is a registered nurse, midwife, and senior public health leader with over a decade of experience in HIV/AIDS programme management across sub-national health systems in Nigeria. She currently serves as a Clinical Service Specialist (LGA Manager) with Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (ECEWS), where she leads HIV/AIDS programming across multiple healthcare facilities and oversees TB/HIV implementation in 5 health facilities. Her career spans roles with FHI360 and Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative, with consistent success in improving patient care outcomes, building healthcare workforce capacity, and strengthening community health systems. Chika holds a Bachelor of Nursing Sciences from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She has pursued advanced training in data analysis, M&E, and leadership from institutions including Harvard University and the University of Washington. Fun fact: Outside the clinic and boardroom, Chika is a passionate mentor of women, pouring into the next generation of female leaders through a thriving discipleship and mentorship programme.
