Betty is a highly devoted global health expert with 15 years’ experience in strengthening public health systems in Sub Sahara Africa. She is proficient in supporting governments develop national policies and guidelines for maternal, new-born and child health. An ingenious fast learner, Betty has successfully led the implementation of health interventions at national and sub-national level. Through effective co-creation mechanisms, she has employed innovative strategies that led to national roll out of life-saving commodities such as ORS & Zinc co-pack, Amoxicillin dispersible tablets and Caffeine Citrate. Most importantly, she believe in creating transformative change for women and children.
