Arpitha Anantharaju

Dr. Arpitha Anantharaju is an Additional Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at JIPMER, Puducherry, and a specialised Gynecologic Oncologist. Driven by a mission to bridge academic research with scalable public health solutions, she combines clinical expertise with technological innovation. She is the Co-inventor and Principal Investigator of GynoSight—a patented, AI-driven, real time POC for early detection of preinvasive cervical lesions, to democratize cervical cancer screening in low-resource settings. Dr. Arpitha holds an MS in OBGYN, an MCh in Gynecological Oncology, and is currently pursuing an ICMR DHR-funded PhD. Recently recognized for her award-winning research at ISCCPCON, she is dedicated to eliminating barriers in women’s healthcare. Outside the clinic, she is a mother to two young daughters—and finds that keeping up with them doubles as her favorite fitness routine.
