Dr. Anusha Aditya is a translational scientist working on novel therapeutics, including small molecules, peptides, antibody–drug conjugates, and delivery platforms for neurological disorders, glioblastoma, spinal cord injury, and cerebral ischemia. She completed her Ph.D. at the CSIR-Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology, focusing on functional nanoparticles for biomedical applications. She conducted postdoctoral research at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and the Columbia University Irving Medical Center, working on nanomaterials for blood–brain barrier delivery and cellular platforms for neurological disorder drug screening. She also contributed to a biotech startup developing peptide-based therapeutics for metastatic breast cancer. Apart from work, she enjoys playing chess and basketball, and writing movie scripts.
