I am Annette Kasambala, a development professional with over 15 years of experience in community engagement and leadership within the Safe Water Now program. I hold a Degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Program Management, and currently pursuing my Masters in Business administration majoring in Management which allow me to combine strong organizational skills with practical expertise in implementing large-scale water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) initiatives. Over the years, I have led community-focused projects, strengthened local governance, and worked to expand access to safe drinking water for underserved populations. My work is guided by evidence-based approaches that improve public health outcomes and empower communities. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Malawi’s cultural heritage and connecting with local communities, which reflects my passion for people, learning, and development.
