Anna Ishaku (Founder, SMaNCH Foundation) is a dedicated midwife and public health Advocate, and the Founder of SMaNCH Foundation, committed to improving maternal and newborn health in underserved communities in Nigeria. She is currently a Master of Public Health (MPH) candidate, strengthening her skills in health systems and community-based care. Anna has over 12 years of experience working with national and international NGOs, including MSF, IRC, and WFP, leading programs that expand access to quality healthcare for women and young people in rural areas. Fun fact: Anna enjoys mentoring young girls and teaching them life skills in her free time.
