Experience
Adeyanju Olomola has more than 20 years of diversified experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, with expertise in retail sales and service delivery, reputation management, public affairs, corporate communications, community relations, and incident management and crisis resolution. She served as the Head of Public Affairs and Communications at the Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd., part of the Coca-Cola Hellenic Company, before transitioning to the role of National Key Accounts Director. Her corporate career is marked by a strong focus on talent identification and development, creating value through optimized service delivery, and process standardization.
Current Role
In Adeyanju’s Nigeria-based coaching practice, she supports senior leaders, particularly women, to overcome self-doubt and confidently navigate leadership transitions. In addition to coaching, she supports learning and leadership development programs through training and blended learning and facilitation techniques. Adeyanju coaches across diverse cultures and industries, including government, financial services, manufacturing, energy and utilities, retail, non-profits, and education.
Educational Background
Adeyanju earned an MBA from the Centre for Technology Policy, Nigeria, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Ibadan.
Professional Affiliations
A member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Adeyanju holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. She is a signatory to the Principles for Learning by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and is an IFC certified Trainer. She is also a certified John Mattone Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach, an Extended DISC and FinxS Accredited Consultant, a Narrative Coach Enhanced Practitioner, a Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach, and is certified in the Zanga African Metrics Leadership Journey assessment. Adeyanju is an avid supporter of the education and well-being of underserved Nigerian children, contributing through various NGOs and serving on the board of the Courage Education Foundation.
