Learning & Stories
There is a growing reservoir of stories, data and analysis that underpins women’s leadership in health. The stories are about real experiences of talented women leaders who have faced, and often overcome, daunting challenges that are shockingly common. The data and analysis challenges readers to re-think and recognize bias and myths, for example, what constitutes good leadership? What do men and women bring to leadership? How are men and women leaders treated and judged differently? What is the gap between what is stated and what is really happening, for example on salary differentials, board compositions, and HR practices? Our goal is to provide a curated set of learnings and stories on women’s leadership in health.
Below is a curated selection of stories, news articles & interviews.
