Felicia Karley Martey

Felicia Karley Martey (Principal Midwifery Office/Nurse Manager, Greater Accra Regional Hospital) is a seasoned midwifery professional and healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in maternal and neonatal healthcare in Ghana. She currently serves as a Principal Midwifery Officer and Nurse Manager at the Greater Accra Regional Hospital, where she leads antenatal and gynecological care services, mentors healthcare professionals, and champions quality improvement initiatives. Felicia holds a BSc in Midwifery from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and is pursuing an MPhil in Midwifery at University of Ghana. She is passionate about women’s health advocacy, clinical education, and public health engagement through community outreach, media education, and mentorship programs. Outside work, she enjoys mentoring young women and supporting initiatives that promote family wellness and maternal health awareness.
