Dr. Ranu Nayak is a distinguished scientist and entrepreneur working at the confluence of nanotechnology, materials science, and analytical chemistry. Having held academic positions at the University of Delhi and the Medical University of South Carolina, she joined the Amity Institute of Nanotechnology, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida in 2012, where she has built a robust research portfolio spanning precision diagnostics, drug delivery systems, and wastewater remediation.
A globally connected researcher, she has led international collaborations with partners across USA, Australia and France, advancing nanotechnology-driven portable diagnostics and nanomaterial-based water remediation solutions. Recognised for her translational vision, she was conferred the prestigious Biotechnology Ignition Grant by BIRAC.
In April 2025, she founded Usesorb Nano Solutions Pvt. Ltd., channelling over a decade of deep scientific expertise into scalable, impactful nanotechnology solutions for a healthier and cleaner world.
