Dr. Jaspreet Kaur Kang’s leadership journey began in clinical spaces and classrooms, long before formal titles followed. Over 21 years, she has grown into institutional leadership while navigating cultural transitions, gendered expectations, and complex academic systems—experiences that shaped a leadership style grounded in reflection, resilience, and responsibility. She currently serves as Principal of KD Institute of Physiotherapy, Ahmedabad, and as Gujarat State Head of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists Women’s Cell, actively contributing to professional advancement and leadership development within the field. With a PhD and MPT in Neurology, her work focuses on strengthening clinical competency, improving quality in health professions education, and bridging theory with practice. She leads with intention and empathy, committed to expanding leadership capacity in others, particularly women navigating demanding professional environments.
