Dr. Surbhi Seth is a medical doctor and public health specialist with over 12 years of experience in health systems strengthening. She brings leadership from both public and private sectors, having worked at the intersection of governments, multilateral agencies, and civil society to advance maternal and child health, disease surveillance, and primary health care in India.
Currently serving as Director at the India Health Action Trust (IHAT), she leads initiatives to strengthen health facilities and systems, enhancing the quality and reach of public health services across underserved communities.
Prior to joining IHAT, Dr. Seth was Associate Director at Deloitte India LLP, where she led new business development in the public health sector. She has also worked with the MoHFW, WHO India, and John Snow India, contributing to national health guidelines and presenting at scientific conferences over the course of her career.
An alumna of TISS, she received the University Silver Medal and is a lifetime member of the John Snow Society, LSHTM (UK). Outside of work, she is a karaoke enthusiast with a playlist rooted in the 90s (and even before), and a coffee enthusiast forever chasing the perfect brew.
