Parul Sharma is a public health professional with over 17 years of experience strengthening health and social systems through partnerships, policy engagement, and inter-sectoral collaboration. She currently serves as Program Manager – Partnerships and Inter-sectoral Convergence at CECOEDECON, where she supports UNFPA Rajasthan to advance sexual and reproductive health, youth development, and gender-responsive governance through coordinated action across government and civil society.

Her work spans program design, institutional strengthening, and evidence-informed advocacy, with previous roles at the Population Foundation of India, Plan International, and IPE Global. Parul has contributed to state- and national-level initiatives focused on equity, accountability, and system responsiveness. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Management from IIHMR University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Outside work, Parul enjoys mentoring and learning alongside young professionals, helping them present their ideas with confidence, and exploring creative storytelling rooted in lived experiences.
