Sijabulile Prudence Dlamini

Sijabulile Prudence Dlamini is a public health and nursing professional from Eswatini with over a decade of experience in clinical care and national program coordination. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing Science in Community Health Nursing from the University of Eswatini, as well as qualifications in Midwifery and General Nursing. She currently serves as an NCDIMH Program Officer at the Ministry of Health, where she coordinates national strategies for the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases, mental health, and integrated HIV, TB, and SRH services. Her expertise includes policy development, health systems strengthening, monitoring and evaluation, research support, and capacity building of healthcare workers. Sijabulile is passionate about advancing equitable, evidence-based public health interventions aligned with WHO and national priorities.

Outside of work, she enjoys community engagement activities as well as aerobics and hiking.
